Who are we?

TM Pitana Attorneys is a reputable law Firm with its offices situated in Port Elizabeth.

The firm was established in 2016 by Tembelani Pitana an Attorney with Right of Apprentice in High Court.

He established the firm as a Sole Proprietor. The firm is a level 1 BEEE status.

TM Pitana was admitted as an attorney in 2011 after he served his articles as a candidate attorney at Kevin Fourie Attorney.

We believe and support the principles of Black Economic Empowerment as defined in the Broad Based Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003
